This Section is about the fourth and final vision that Daniel had and the interpretation of that vision by Gabriel, who had been delayed by "The Prince of Persia."

The interpretation of the vision is the specific details of the future empires that will come to be, that Daniel was told about in previous visions. Some of the events won't take place for hundreds of years after Daniel wrote about it. The specifics which were so exact that it has some Biblical scholars to suggest that it couldn't have been Daniel that wrote about them, but by someone else after the events and declaring themselves as Daniel.
